After reviewing the most current research, Third Grade has decided to adopt a "minimum homework policy" to allow students to spend time being kids! They are often booked up after school with clubs, sports, and other recreational activities. We would like to honor what little time you have together as a family by keeping our daily assigned homework at a minimum to allow students the opportunity to spend their time playing, creating, and enjoying life as a kid! Students will have their assigned 20 minutes of reading each night and additional homework will be added on a "need only" basis (if students struggle with a specific topic or do not complete an in-class task).
